Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 April 2026. These terms are a practical summary for customers. They are not legal advice; have them reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.

The service

Ja-ti provides follower tracking and related notifications for X (Twitter) accounts you choose to monitor, subject to these terms and our acceptable use of third-party APIs and infrastructure.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are sold through Autumn, our billing provider. Pricing depends on the follower counts and options shown at checkout. We do not operate a separate Stripe integration in the Ja-ti application; payment and subscription state are handled by Autumn and its payment partners.

Free trial

Where we offer a trial, its length and whether a card is required are shown at signup and in Autumn checkout. After a trial, the plan may renew automatically unless you cancel as described below.

Cancellation

You can turn off auto-renewal from Settings while signed in (confirm in the dialog). That schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period so you keep access until then. You can turn auto-renewal back on from the same page if you change your mind. You can also use Manage billing in Settings to open Autumn's customer billing experience for invoices and payment methods.

Refunds and consumer rights

We aim to be fair: contact us if something went wrong with billing or if you believe you are entitled to a refund. Depending on where you live, mandatory consumer laws may give you additional rights (for example, rules around subscription contracts and cooling-off in the UK and elsewhere). Nothing here limits those rights where they apply.

How to request a refund or billing fix: email support@ja-ti.com from the address on your account, describe what happened, and include approximate dates and any invoice or charge references you have. We will acknowledge promptly and respond with an outcome or next steps. Where a statutory cooling-off or chargeback process applies, you may also use the route your bank or card scheme describes.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. We will use reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes (for example by email or in-product notice).
